City centre

One of the essential stages in any tour of Milan city centre is the Duomo, and the nearby Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II where you will find trendy stores, Michelin star restaurants and even period coffee shops, including the famous Caffè Biffi, established in 1867.

Continuing through the city centre, it is easy to reach Brera or Liberty Milan and then continue for a panoramic stroll to the Navigli (canals with a series of locks designed by Leonardo da Vinci and still visible today) and on along the Darsena for a short break.

For all those more interested in the cultural side of the city, we can recommend a visit to the Sforzesco Castle, famous location of exhibitions and events. The extreme vicinity to Parco Sempione makes this a popular destination for many, a great place to enjoy a break and some refreshment in the green heart of the city.
