Our restaurant is open to everyone, and not reserved exclusively to hotel guests! Our chef specialises in grilling, and will prepare unique, light dishes with a classic Mediterranean taste, using his flame grill to create healthy dishes with an unforgettable flavour – keeping all of the taste, aroma and goodness of the ingredients intact. OnFire is the ideal choice if you want healthy cuisine but you still want to enjoy delicious, fine dishes.

voco® Milan-Fiere with its OnFire restaurant is now a partner of Pascol, a startup founded in July 2019 that created the first supply chain in Italy for the production of beef from pasture-raised farms. Offering a high quality product, in a way that is respectful of the land, animals and people: this is one of Pascol’s goals.

Respect animal welfare by leaving the animals free to graze, studying for them the best and most natural food possible by banning GMOs and antibiotics, the limited use of resources, the absence of coercive methods and the correct remuneration of the people who are part of the supply chain of production are actions that contribute both to raising the quality of the meat and to having a lesser and better impact on the territory in which we live.
